That’s a savings of $188.00. For no extra charge we also call the guests who did not respond.

How much is it to use the Accurate RSVP service?

Our RSVP service pricing is very simple and straight forward. We charge $0.50 per invitation sent out (not per guest). ***If we receive more calls than the number of invitations we are told were sent out, you will be charged the difference

Do you charge a setup fee or any other fees?

There are no additional fees for our RSVP service.

When is payment due?

Payment is due in full prior to guests calling in.

What number will guests call to RSVP?

We will provide a toll-free number for guests to call.

At what stage in our event planning should we order the Accurate RSVP service?

Regardless of the type of event, you should order our service prior to ordering your invitations. You will need to have the phone number printed on the invitations.

Do you need a copy of our guest list?

Yes. An Excel file is preferred. We can then import the list into our system and quickly find the guest right from your file. Also, if we are required to call guests who do not respond we will need to have contact names and numbers.

Will the guests speak to a live person or a voice mail?

Accurate RSVP service provides live agents 24/7.

How will the phone be answered?

It can be answered any way you like. Here are some examples…

Wedding: “Thank you for calling Lyndsey & Dustin’s Wedding RSVP. May I ask who’s calling?”

Class Reunion: “You’ve reached the RSVP line for the Lincoln High Class Reunion. May I ask who’s calling?”

What information do you gather from the guests?

Anything you require. Typically it’s name of guests and number attending. If you require other information just let us know.

How often can I view the progress of who has called?

A list of confirmed guests can be sent to you individually via e-mail after each call or batched in an Excel file and sent to you via e-mail daily, weekly, etc. We can also text the information to your phone.

What if guests do not RSVP?

We will call them for you at no additional cost. Generally, we would call the unconfirmed guests about 1 or 2 weeks prior to the event but we are flexible based on your needs.
